Thomas Lambiase was basically raised in his father’s pizza shop in the South Jersey suburbs of Philadelphia. In the three decades since then, he has spent his career shaping restaurants and the experiences they offer from the inside out.

 

He’s opened and operated award-winning concepts on both coasts and guided companies through major operational growth. Thomas has led multi-unit teams, launched new concepts and helped rebuild cultures that drive lasting performance.

 

With The F+B Edit, Thomas partners with owners to build structure, accountability and clarity - transforming hospitality businesses into organizations that perform with purpose and consistency.
